To Love and Protect is a joint collaboration between Frames of Change and Studio Birthplace to highlight the work of women-led ocean protection organization Coral Catch.
More than 84% of the world's coral reefs have been subjected to intense, bleaching-level ocean heat stress. As Coral Catch marks five years of reef protection, they are showing us what can happen when we refuse to give up.
Based in Indonesia, Coral Catch aims to empower local women with access to the ocean, professional dive training, and leadership pathways in reef restoration.
Through community-led action, collaboration, and care, they are restoring reefs and building hope where it is needed most.
As conversations around coral reefs reaching critical tipping points became louder, Coral Catch's work has never felt more necessary.
