Eight year olds put pressure on Boris Johnson to stop sending plastic waste abroad

A group of Year Four schoolchildren are urging the Prime Minister to stop dumping plastic waste on other countries, with one likening it to one person pouring rubbish over another.

Together with their MP, Marsha de Cordova and representatives from Greenpeace, they met outside 10 Downing Street yesterday to deliver letters calling on the Prime Minister to stop exports of the UK’s plastic waste to other countries.
