Kawah Ijen: "It's because of you this is possible'

Our friends at Kawah Ijen filmed an update on the work done partly with donations through our Ijen Assistance platform! Watch the relief work led by Heinz Von Holzen and his team who recently visited Kawah Ijen.

To date, we have raised over USD20,000 through our Ijen Assistance initiative, which has been used to support the sulphur mining community through the purchase of better equipment to improve work conditions, fund schooling for the children of the miners, and new furniture for the school classrooms.

This video, produced by From The Woods Production, is dedicated to everyone that has generously contributed over the years. We've learnt that a relatively small sum of money to us means a lot to the miners and literally takes an incredible weight off of their shoulders.
