Greenpeace Italy activists screened teasers of our new campaign in Rome, to show leaders from the world’s biggest economies that offsetting scams are the new climate denial… and it has dangerous consequences.

We need to stop climate pollution, as it happens, at its source. Not offsetting scams that cover-up polluting business as usual.

Dangerous Lies is a campaign aiming to expose 'carbon offset schemes' by big polluters. Through short live-action segments where the concept of greenwashing is depicted, and using educational animation, we lift the veil on the marketing scams these companies apply to keep polluting our planet and turning nature into a commodity.
